To enhance the utilization of research assets, the Office of Human Research at Taipei Medical University is pleased to launch the “2026 Research Asset Value Multiplication Program: Double Your Research Budget.”
Through a limited‑time double‑value deduction of Biobank Credits (BC), this program encourages research teams to actively leverage available biobank resources and maximize research efficiency.

※ Biobank Credits (BC) are accumulated through specimen contributions facilitated by physicians from TMU’s three affiliated hospitals.

• Event Period: May 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026
• Credit Doubling Benefit: During the event period, Biobank Credits used to offset specimen service fees will be doubled in value (Standard: 1 BC = NTD 1 → Event Offer: 1 BC = NTD 2).
• Applicable Institutions: TMU Hospital, Wan Fang Hospital, and Shuang Ho Hospital.

• Researchers are encouraged to collaborate on research projects with physicians who hold Biobank Credits.
• For credit balance inquiries and confirmation, please contact the research department at each affiliated hospital.

• By July 31, 2026: Submit your application via the "Joint Biobank Application and Management System."
• By October 31, 2026: Complete contract signing and payment procedures.
• By October 31, 2026: Complete the specimen collection.
• Note: The final deductible amount will be based on the actual available Biobank Credits in the account on the day of contract signing and payment.
