This notice outlines the payment deadlines for TMU-JIRB review fees in relation to the close of the 2024 academic year.

To ensure timely processing and receipt issuance before the end of the 2024 academic year (i.e., by July 31, 2025), please complete your payment by the applicable deadline listed below. Payments made after these deadlines will be recorded under the new academic year (starting August 2025).

Check / Bank Draft	12:00 p.m. Noon, July 18, 2025 (Fri.)	Checks must be valid for deposit no later than July 21, 2025.
Cash	12:00 p.m. Noon, July 25, 2025 (Fri.)	--
TMU Budget (ERP System)	12:00 p.m. Noon , July 30, 2025 (Wed.)	Payments via TMU budget must be pre-approved by the Finance Office through the ERP system.

Payment processing will be suspended after the above deadlines and will resume on August 1, 2025 (Friday). We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Reminder:
To confirm whether you have any outstanding IRB review fees, please check if your project is funded by a corporate sponsor or a government grant. If so, please follow the standard fee schedule for payment.
