TMU-JIRB regularly review our guidance documents to make updates as necessary. A new version of SOPs and Forms will be implemented from 2020/03/17. Please note that the new version documents can only be filled out on our IRB application system since 2020/03/17.
To update our IRB application system, it will be unavailable during 2020/03/12 09:30-12:30.
Non-N studies should be filled out in the new version forms if the estimated submit date would be after 2020/03/17. And these non-N studies' applications must submit in hard copies (paper).
